Straight from the 1980’s, this Vogue Basic Design pattern offers great choices for today! “Misses’ tunic, skirt, dress and pants: Loose-fitting, pullover tunic or dress, three inches (7.5 cm) below mid-knee or evening length has side front neckline, side seam pockets and short or full length raglan sleeves. A, B, C and E have button and self bias loops. B has rectangular collar. D has collar extending into tie ends. All have topstitching. Straight skirt three inches (7.5 cm) below mid-knee length, has elasticized waistline. Rectangular, single layer, self fringe shawl has narrow hem and topstitching. Purchased pants and belt.”
