A dazzling designer dress! This 1960's Nina Ricci Vogue Paris Original pattern makes a gorgeous bell skirt dress or evening gown: "One Piece Dress and Petticoat. Bell shaped skirt in two lengths has cut-away front. Shorter length has front underskirt. Skirt joins bodice at waist-line. Deep front neck-line fitted in with modesty. Short sleeves or sleeveless with narrow shoulder straps. Gathered petticoat joins hip yoke."
