Here’s your chance to make a classic 40’s day dress! This vintage Simplicity pattern is for a : “Misses’ and women’s one-piece dress. The back-buttoning bodice, gathered at the lower edge, features lowered armholes. The skirt front is cut in two section(s) and finished with a top-stitched fold down in center. In Style I, the high, round neckline, buttoned patch pockets, armholes and skirt fold are outlined with top-stitching. The sleeves are three-quarter length. Contrasting bands trim the extended shoulders in Style II and the neckline is square. The skirt has two large patch pockets and topstitching is used for accent.”
