Artless elegance! “John Weitz designed this darling pencil slim sheath for Junior sizes. He originally made it in white wool with bias navy satin piping at the neckline. The center panel is gently shirred into place which adds a fun touch to the otherwise simple neckline. The sleeves are of the tiniest raglan(d) cut you’ve ever seen. There are pockets concealed in the side seams, and a center back zipper.” Designer John Weitz shifted focus from women’s to menswear in 1964, so this is a somewhat rarer pattern.
