Cute and unique! This 1960’s McCall’s pattern for a mini dress or tunic top and bell bottom pants is a definite style standout! "Dress, cut in regular or short length and bell bottom pants. Dress has faced neck, long raglan sleeves gathered at wrists by elastic in casings and center back zipper. Self fabric tie belts are included, above waistline, in center front seam. Tie belts are crossed and tied toward front or back. Pants, gathered by elastic in waistline casing, are worn under short dress."
