Classic 1940s, and so Old Hollywood! This vintage women’s suit from Butterick is one of the loveliest patterns we’ve come across: “The cut-away part of this dressmaker-type two-piece suit has a V neckline; smart seam detail, front and back; pockets set in side seams. Skirt has a cluster of pleats each side of front; three-gore back. Smart use of contrast, view B.” Specifically designed for 5 ft 4 1/2 inch or shorter women.
