The late 1930’s style would make a perfect swing dress or the evening-length version would make a stunning retro wedding gown! “One-piece frock in instep or shorter length. The wide four-piece skirt joins the blouse at the inset mid section, and very short puff sleeves have a straight cuff band. Novelty eyelet insertion or ruffled trimming.”
